Before purchasing from us, we recommend viewing the product in person, either in a local Amtico Retailer or via a sample, as we cannot guarantee the colour/pattern matching from monitor to monitor. Alternatively Amtico do provide a free sample service direct to your home, simply call 0121 745 0868 quoting the design reference number.
Shipping And Handling
We offer free delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses within 7 working days, however a surcharge may apply to some Northern Scotland and Ireland addresses - please call 01932 830617 to arrange delivery if you are in this area. Flooring deliveries are made to the 'kerb side'. The driver cannot be held responsible for the unloading of the goods. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. The person who placed the order will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery slot is any time between 9am and 5pm.
Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after the courier has left delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. We will accept whole orders back unopened in the Original Packaging for whatever reason within 7 days of receipt, you will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier, and a 25% handling charge paid by purchaser will be deducted from your credit card. This can be arranged by email to info@distinctive-floors.co.uk or calling 01932 830617. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. With exception of the above, due to the nature of Amtico flooring and the damage levels sustained by the product whilst being returned to us or the manufacturer rendering the product un-saleable, we cannot unfortunately accept returns 7 days after purchase.

Deliveries
We aim to offer a free nationwide delivery service within 7 workings days. We will be able to confirm a particular day at the time of ordering from us. Deliveries are made from 8.00 am to around 6.00pm, with the most popular time being 9.00 am to 4.00pm.
The carriers that are normally used to dispatch Amtico tend to have multiple deliveries throughout the day it is therefore very difficult for anyone to put a time on a delivery; we always give a particular day.
Due to the unpredictable English weather, we do not suggest you leave your Amtico flooring outside exposed to the elements. If you are not available and a neighbour is taking delivery for you, please ensure that your goods can be covered, or left in a garage off the floor, i.e. on a pallet or similar. ALL deliveries must be signed for.
Your order must be inspected on arrival and any damages must be noted and signed for as damaged (We cannot accept responsibility for goods not signed for as damaged on delivery). Deliveries are usually made on large or small vans, it is the drivers responsibility to remove materials from the vehicle, unfortunately due to insurance guidelines it is NOT their responsibility to take goods into your home, therefore please arrange for adequate help at time of delivery. Please advise when ordering materials, any special requirements regarding delivery.
Any goods that you wish to return must be done so within 5 working days of receipt.
